Wi Fi Calling not working

My Iphone 11 shows full Wi Fi service and I have very weak tower service. Wi Fi Calling is turned on but phone stays is SOS mode and won't recognise it has full Wi Fi service to use Wi Fi calling.

Wi-Fi calling is a carrier feature, talk to them about this.

What a shoddy answer, the issue is with Apple ask anyone with a 11 or 12 phone, friend of mine has gone to Samsung with no issues. Get the boffins to sort out and give your customers some credit.
