Snapchat app band my phone with no reason and no clew which make me suffer to chat with my friends in Snapchat

and I don’t have other than this phone to use can you please help me

I tried to contact the Snapchat support team and they ignored my messages even which it’s mean they don’t care about the users

I have my personal pictures on the Snapchat which I don’t have it only there and my friends

its very bad from them and apple also can’t help then why I have using I phone !?!!!!
