zip file on google drive in files

Hi People,

Anyone has any idea how I can access a zip file that was saved on the google drive location in my files app, the file is only visible from the files app but it is grayed out and thus is inaccessible, it does not seem that I can move the file either.

I have tried to see if I can access the file from my PC but I am unable to do so with file explorer (Win 10 V21H1) and iTunes without success.

Is there any way that I can manually move or access this file?

Yes its a exported whatsapp chat that includes the media and the chat is cleared regularly to save space, now I need the media and chat for a legal case.

Any suggestions will be appriciated.
