Commendation for a super rep

This isn't a question. I had the best experience with an Apple representative. Her name was Quashia and we spoke today, 8/28. She helped me sort out what turned out to be someone supposedly from Canon whom I called to help me set up my printer with my computer starting to invade my Mac. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very importantly - thorough. I did not receive a survey afterward so that I could provide my experience, so I thought I'd let you all know about Quashia. I will look for a way to get this info to Quashia's manager.
