I sawed that I can’t find the Photo Booth App on iPhone. I can’t download it because it’s not compatible. My iPhone is running iOS 14.7.1.

Photo Booth is a Mac only application. You can do some similar things on your iPhone using the Camera app.

What would be different about the app if it had a different name. The photo booth app is designed to take a selfie on a Mac. The front facing camera on an iPhone does the same thing.
Sorry, but Photo Booth is not for Mac only.
It's also an App on an iPad.
