MacBook stuck on a globe in recovery mode
What does it mean when I’m trying to go into recovery mode on my MacBook 16 and it is stuck on a globe that is spinning on my Wi-Fi

It seems your Mac is attempting to start up using Internet Recovery instead, and it's normal for a spinning globe to appear while it's loading. Internet Recovery can take some time to boot into and you'll want to look out for an estimate time that may appear below the globe.
