How to know my iPhone IMEI and serial number?

Some bad people confused me when my lost i Phone information was already in my i Cloud with my first i Phone's information. The Apple Store people erased my lost phone's info from my i Cloud. Can someone put my lost phone's info back to my i Cloud and also "Find my Phone App"? When data was removed, there should be ways of putting the data back on.

Other the i Phone SE I am using right now.

Is the correct serial number and IMEI number that I need to find, please put that info back to my

i Phone SE give me a chance to locate it.

Once an iCloud backup is deleted, it is deleted.

Once Find My has been disabled on a device, it can only be re-enabled locally on the device. Find My cannot be re-enabled remotely.

If you cannot locate the serial number or IMEI from information that you have access to locally, and no longer have the packaging or purchase-related email. Apple might be able to find that for a recent purchase, and your cellular carrier might know the IMEI if there was a cellular plan active.

And for completeness, there is no means for a user to enable and track an iPhone remotely given its serial number or IMEI. A carrier can potentially track an IMEI, but not a user.
