Why does my phone say, “NO SIM RESTRICTIONS” Does that mean it has been jail broken?

You must seen that in Settings ➔ General ➔ About.

What “No SIM Restrictions” means that your iPhone is an unlocked version and will work with nearly all cellular providers. This is a good thing.
