Sync iPhone and iPad with MacBook using WIFI

Although I followed all the Manual instructions to the letter, neither my iPhone nor my iPad appear in My Finder using WIFI. I can only sync by cable. I am very upset because they are all new or brand new!!! (My iPhone 11 was bought in 2020 and both my iPad and MacBook in 2021).

Any solution?

iPhone doesn't automatically sync with MacBook I'm on the latest version of iOS and MacOS. I physically connected my iPhone to MacBook using cable and did an initial sync. I also selected the option to sync automatically via WiFi. Both devices are on the same WiFi network. I then later connected my iPhone to power (directly to the wall) and was expecting to see the device popup on Finder automatically (for syncing). That didn't happen. What am I doing wrong?

After talking to a Senior Adviser of Apple, the solution was as easy as force quit Finder (re-open), and they showed.

Connect iPhone to Mac
