Bluetooth pairing

Trying to pair Brookstone BK550 with iPhone 12 Pro. It doesn’t show on the devices list. It will pair easily with my XR. New speaker, if this is an iOS glitch, can @apple fix it please!

After many attempts to pair the speaker, Apple support had me search for firmware updates to my speaker. This led to a passing glance at another question posed by a big blue speaker owner which someone suggested resetting the speaker’s Bluetooth and then the process-holding down the power and Bluetooth buttons simultaneously until the power buttons changes colors. When I tried to pair my phone with newly reset speaker, it appeared in my devices queue and paired quickly. Thanks for your assistance with troubleshooting.

Can they be paired to more than one device? I would try unpairing them from all other devices, including your iPhone XR, and try to pair them with your iPhone 12 Pro.

This is unfortunate. The next step would be to restart the 12 Pro. I'm sure you've already tried that so what about a force restart (If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support)? The next step would be to reinstall iOS (same article under the section "If your iPhone turns on but gets stuck during start up".

The last resort is, as always, to contact Apple Support: Get Support.

Please let us know which/what solution worked. I am very curious.
