iPhone low quality screen recording issue

Hello! I'm trying to record the screen on my iPhone XR but the quality is really low I can only record 720p videos and I want to record in 1080p I tried to download a lot of screen recording apps but I have to pay to record 1080p I also know that I can use my PC to record videos with 5K Player or other screen mirroring programs but my pc is not strong enough to record videos with 1080p quality and its really laggy so is there any other way to record 1080p videos ? please help

I followed the instructions on how to record a video screen shot. Everything works great until I start recording. All I can record is the screenshot of the Control Screen. What am I missing? On my iPhone 11, with 14.4.2. I’m trying to record a screenshot of an app. I followed all the instructions, but all I can get is a video of the control screen. What am I missing?
