Why images blanked out and what is the resolution.

Hi Tony. I tried your earlier solution. I reverted the image to original. Again edited it. Now it is displaying properly in the albums. But it is an irritating experience since working with big albums. Not sure if there is a permanent solution. BTW I am using JPG Files.

I think what this tells us is that some of the edits applied with aperture are not compatble with the photos app, so it doesn't know what to do with them.
If you want, you can select multiple pictures (eg all those in an album) and revert to original on all of them in one step. You do of course lose any edits made.

What happens if you select one of the images not displaying, and (from the image menu) revert to original?
I migrated Aperture library (100gb) to Photos. After opening in Photos, I edited few images from an album. The images are shown as blank. While the image exists Photos (Mac) does not display it.
