Sorry, but "PA" is not one of the country codes Apple uses with their devices.

Thanks Grant! I couldn't find any official document from Apple on this, but looks like AT&T did. Would be interesting to see what Apple actually uses for region codes in their order numbers.

Still goes to show that without an official Apple document, at best we can only go by what is available on the Internet.
