Hi, so I have a MacBook Pro 2020 but how can I screen record on this MacBook with audio sound only?

Not sure what you’re asking for. Screen recording with only audio is seemingly seeking audio recording, and options for that include the GarageBand app.
You’re going to need an add-on such as Rogue Amoeba Loopback for that.
So when I want to record my screen, it give me two option which are none and MacBook Pro mic but the thing is, when i use the mic of MacBook it will capture everything ( include the sound in the Mac and the surrounding sound) so is there any way to record screen with the audio inside of the Mac only?
