New option for files on Desktop 'Remove Download'

Was going to delete files off my desktop and I get this new option 'Remove Download'. For a minute the option to Move to Bin wasnt there and there was only 'Remove Download' but now its come back thankfully. What is this and what does it mean? Never seen it before
