When I try to add my card It says it’s already added

We understand you're trying to add a payment to your Apple ID that already exists. We're happy to help.

If the card is already saved to your account, you can remove it by navigating to Settings > Your name at the top > Payment & Shipping. Select Edit at the top right, then press the red circle to remove the already existing information for that payment. You can then select the Add Payment Method option if you'd like to add that card back to your account.
