Receiver Problem iphone12

At times iam unable to hear when I make or receive a calls on my iphone12, this is happening on both my iPhones 12

Try using the volume up button during a live call. There is no other way to change it.

(make sure "change with buttons" is turned on in Settings, Sounds & Haptics)
