Videos not playing full screen

My iPhone 11 Pro will not play videos full screen in landscape. This includes videos I recorded in landscape. I have to manually expand the video, if I tap the screen it expands to big. This is also happening in apps such as Facebook & Apple TV.

I am in the latest iOS and have tried resetting standard, zoom settings in Display & Brightness as suggested in other posts.

This is a real pain, if a bug, is it being worked on?
