Suggestion to Apple - enable COVID exposure tracking/capability on Apple Watch

Would love if this were possible. When running, I don’t carry my phone. A few weeks ago someone in our running group tested positive for COVID. I wouldn’t have known if a friend (who carries their phone) hadn’t told me they received the exposure notification on their iPhone.

Side note, my friend and I (who are both vaccinated) got tested and are negative. 😮‍💨
