No carrier lock, but my sim doesnt work

My friend gave me their Iphone 11 pro to keep because my 7 plus broke the first day of college. In General settings, under about, for Carrier Lock it says "No Sim restrictions". My old sim card from my 7 plus is not working.

I cant send sms texts or call anyone but it says there is that service from Tracfone wireless (TFW) and it shows the bar connections. (4 out of 5)

Whenever I call someone it says this

"We have detected This is not the same phone originally activated and used for your wireless service. In order to restore you service you need to reinsert your sim card into the phone used when you activated your service. If this does not restore your service please contact customer service from another phone."

I should be able to use it but it doesn't work. Can someone please help?
