Disabled Iphone SE cannot connect to pc

Hello, my iphone SE is disabled due to too many incorrect passcode attempts and it now says "Iphone is disabled. Connect to itunes". I've tried connecting it to my pc while it's in recovery mode but neither my pc nor itunes recognises it. I think it's because I've never connected my phone to my pc before it got disabled and now I can't make it connect to my pc since I can't even see notifications. If I sign in to itunes on my pc and click on the option "authorize this computer", will my pc and/or itunes be able to recognise my phone despite it has not been connected to my pc before? Will I able to restore my phone?
