iphone 11 disabled won't connect to itunes

I forgot my passcode to log into my iPhone 11. It is now disabled. "iPhone is disabled, connect to iTunes. Connected iPhone with Apple cord to PC. But PC does not even to recognized iPhone is connected. I tried other cords. Turning phone off and on. Connecting cord first, with phone off and on. Connecting phone to cord than PC. Restarting PC. Does not work.

Make sure you have latest version of iTunes. - check for update.
