Apple Id locked

My Father's apple id got locked somehow yesterday.

in order to unlock the id there were only 2 options unlock by mail and security questions.


the mail app (apple mail)is not at all refreshing after the id got locked and my father doesn’t know what answer he entered in the security questions gab when he created the id.

please help me ,tell me what to do to unlock the apple id.

If you see the message "not sufficient information" here are two methods that are relatively similar for possibly recovering from "not sufficient information" by signing up for Two Factor Authentication at this stage. See these posts by Community Specialists:

You will want to recover the Apple ID, and/or chat with Apple directly.

If two-factor authentication is enabled, there are no security questions. Seems two-factor is not enabled here, though.
