Air Pods not connecting to any device
I have gone through all the suggestions in Apple support to fix this problem. Took to Best Buy as an authorized Apple dealer. Couldn't diagnose the problem, felt the case is bad. Suggested I call 800myapple and ask for a warranty extension. I got a no on that. The warranty just ran out in June. Replacements cost more than I spent initially. I have an iPhone, iPad and a new MacBook. Have always thought their products were well made. Understand things happen, but very disappointed in no support for an item that was purchased only 14 months ago. At least offer a discount on a new case, or some offering. Anyone else have such issues?
