I am trying to redeem the t-mobile offer for one year of free apple tv. I don't have any Apple products just my Android phone and Amazon fire stick. When I login to Apple with my apple id i get "Before you can sign in on the web, first sign in to the Apple TV app on your iPhone or iPad. On a computer, sign in to Apple TV or iTunes."
I tried connecting to itunes but it's not allowing me. I thought this Apple stuff was supposed to be easy.
What do i do?
If you have a desktop computer or laptop, then you may install iTunes for Windows on that.
For Android, signing in to the Apple Music app would help set up your account.

I have this same question. I have a tracking # & redeem date from t-Mobile. How do I get the reem code to get the subscription for appletv+ setup. Please advise. This should not be this hard.
