Unable to download Xcode on my new macbook

Dear Support team,

I am trying to download Xcode for my website app development but Unable to download Xcode, It stopped downloading after 80% of downloading. My internet condition is okay while its stopped.

Unable to download Xcode from both App store and Developer site The thing is i am trying to install Xcode for last 3 days , first when i tried doing on App store it failed in the middle so i searched on this forum and found i should try downloading it from developer site, i attempted it more than 7 times now each time it stops downloading in middle, like the file size is 8.11 GB and its stops at 6gb or 3.5 gb ,, plus it downloads very slow like at 250Kbps speed though my internet is fast like 100mbps ( i mean i can download everything else in MBPS speed apart from Xcode file ). i have free space of 30GB on my Mac I am using Macbook Air mid 2013 Interent speed is good once it stope downloading i cant resume , it starts again pls give me the solution , Thanks in advance

MacOS 12.2 download stuck. I am currently using MacOS Monterey 12.1 and I checked that there is an update available. I tried downloading it twice but even about an hour later, it is still stuck. I checked my internet connection and its working fine.
