Please Identify your Apple TV model, if you own an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K then refer to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205302, Use Bluetooth Accessories with your Apple TV. If you own and Apple TV 3 or earlier it will not work.

If you continue to have trouble (assuming you have an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K) then please contact the developers of your earbuds or you can call AppleCare for support.
