Why won’t Apple Pay accept my id

It won’t allow me to accept payment for a larger amount but it’s the only person I’ve sent money to?

Apple payment never came through I sent an accidental payment to somebody through Apple Pay and they rejected the payment but I have yet to get the money in my account.

You'll have to ask Apple about that.

What Apple info provides: Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple Cash - Apple Support

If there’s a VPN in the mix, disable it.
