Turn off caller ID

Wondering which iPhone model you have, and which iOS version is installed.

On some iPhones (eg iPhone11),

From the Home Screen

Tap Settings

Scroll down and tap Phone

Tap Show My Caller ID )

Slide the green "toggle" switch to turn off

In some countries:

If Show My caller ID is on:

you can hide your caller Id for that call by enter #31# before the phone number you call.

OR

If "Show My caller ID" is off:

you can enter #31# before the phone number to show your Caller ID for that call.

PS:

Seems some carriers don't allow turning off My Caller ID.

You may want to check with them.
