MacBook Pro Trade-in Process
I just got my box to send in my Mac Book Pro for trade in—I'm finishing transferring files off of the old computer. How soon do I need to send back the trade in box with my computer?

Ask Apple:
Contact Apple Support, as they'll have the answer upfront for you. Provide the Apple Rep with the case number over the phone. For note, in 2018, I remember I had 14 days to do so. But it may be different for you.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
