I have ordered MacBook pro with student id but I have not got the free AirPods what apple can do in this case as this type of service is not expected from apple

If you need support on where your order stands, contact Apple Support. These are user-to-user forums. No one here has access to your Account Information (and that is a good thing, BTW). They will know the answer upfront, and will run you through the fix. So, here is the info...
