IOS Screen time. How do I sort or search the apps within the app limits?

I have already asked this ... but only had a reply from a 'community specialist'.

Dear Specialists ... if all you are going to offer is links to the apple (support site) then please do not reply ... it looks as if it has been answered ... but as we all know ... the apple support site is too shallow for words ...

It is still better than these fragmented forums and their timeout UI.

I have two children. When setting their ’always available’ apps, one has an alphabetically sorted list … the other child’s list of apps is a mess. I cannot seem to search the list for a particular app either!

Sorting and searching lists is what computers do … so I presume that it is there but I cannot see it!

" with that in mind, suggest to actually Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution. Start now and see if they will listen to you and your issue. Or even send your comments to Product Feedback

These Forums are only Apple User to Apple Users assisting others with question and issues pertaining to Apple Hardware or Apple Software.

It is done an a volunteers basis and any advise offered is done in good faith.

This issue seems to apply to all devices (I have them all!!!) ... it is only this forum software that denies the existence of a unified apple eco-system!

Is there any device made by apple that would allow myself, as a parent, to look at there list of used apps, installed apps, app usage etc. in an order that I can define? i.e. most used; or on phone, or alphabetical, most recently installed, or even search with the list to find an app/website such as tiktok etc?

The system collects data but the does not even seem to be able to do basic search and sort ... unless I am missing something ... which is why I am here ... there are more than a few 'obvious to Apple' UI features that seem difficult to discover.

Does this question pertain to Big Sur which is for Apple Computers or does it pertain to iPhone as per the Users Profile above and Specific usage of iOS in your question above and is for iPhones ??
