Zwift Missing from "Always Allowed Apps" in Screen Time

I have Screen Time activated on my son's iPhone 13 and it is missing the Zwift app as an option for "Always Allowed."

I searched the forum and the only suggestion I've seen is to force close the Settings app and restart the devices. I've tried that on both his and mine, and it still does not show as an option.

I've also tried deleting the app from his phone and reinstalling, and no change. The apps list stops at Y and does not continued to Z.

That is the Zwift Companion App, not the Zwift App. The Companion App is in the list, but the Zwift App is not.
