Macbook Pro iMap problem with mail - unable to receive emails

I am unable to receive emails through Mail on my Macbook pro laptop. iPhone and iPad are fine.

I can send emails although they do not show in mail on other devices. I am not able to receive any emails on macbook pro laptop mail.


Connection doctor says iMap problem


Error on iCloud shows as follows: The server returned the error: Connection to the server “p58-IMAP.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out. 


Any ideas would be appreciated
