Uninstall any VPN or security apps

Check "battery health" is more than 80%

You could try updating to 14.7.1 using a Mac or PC with iTunes, make a backup first if it will let you

If it is not stable enough the following DFU will reinstall iOS. If that fails look to getting a service or repair

Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article.

If not covered by warranty and you don't have AppleCare+, you may have to pay full replacement cost for severe damage
