Exchange Mail: Issues with Flagged Email Rules
Hello!
I have recently migrated our work email from Google Workspace to Office 365.
I use Apple Mail for all email accounts, and have had always a Flag Email rule, which is applied automatically to all incoming emails, marking them as Flagged.
However, with the email account being setup as Exchange all incoming messages are marked as flagged, but the flag is not being synchronized back to Exchange, therefore it doesn't show up as Flagged on my iPhone, iPad or Outlook Web Mail.
If I flag an email manually, it does work as expected, so it is definitely something with how Apple Mail flags them automatically that doesn't reflect back in the server.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
