Connection with ps4

Hoi,

I want to connect my iPhone 12 with my ps4. The thing is that when I want to connect it says that my account is already being used on another PlayStation network. This is t first time I’m using it.. how can find who is on my account and delete it so I can enjoy myself with me own music??? I can’t find it anywhere online.. thanks tho
