I have a problem to sign in another account that I have, I used my phone number and the code was verificated but it also asks for a code from the email in my icloud that I don't have access.
I would like to know how to fix this problem.

Go to the forgot apple id page on the web, input your credentials and they will send you a code to one of your trusted devices, you say you have access to your phone right? This will guide you step by step and help you recover and change your password.

Thank you for that, but the problem is that the account isn't logged in on any device.
