Air pod pro case isn’t charging even when I use the lighting cable with usb or the c one.
To reset the AirPods case locate the setup button in the back of it. Press and hold it for 15 seconds or until the light flashes amber and then white. The case should be restored now to default and you could try again and see if it charges.
I think I am having the same or similar problem. I allowed my new AirPods Pro to charge in the case via USB overnight, but found the amber light flashing the next day. I've read through the forums and Apple support. Have tried a factory reset, including opening Bluetooth connections on my iPhone and selecting "Forget this device" for the AirPods. At this point I am unsure if this is an issue with the case not charging (I think probably it is) or the entire device (case + AirPods) not connecting. I've tried cleaning the case lightly with a Q-tip. I tried ensuring that the AirPods are fully resting in the case, with the magnetic "click." I'm not actually seeing a white light after the blinking amber light; and I read this thread for that: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251093019. At this point, when I bring the AirPods case close to my iPhone, there's no prompt for pairing appearing at all. Advice?
