Bad service

My phone has terrible service and I keep dropping calls. My husband has an iPhone and is on the same account and lives in the same house and has no problem. I’m wondering if something isn’t right with my phone.


I have done the restart and I am up to date on updates.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Bad cellular service? contact your carrier and ask them.

Since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
