Still can't get a trade in value for Mac Mini M1 from Apple

I've seen this same question asked in other places but seems no answers yet ( 6 weeks plus). When asking for a trade in value in store they say you need to go on-line. You go online and enter serial number and there is no option for any Mac Mini later that early 2020 (i.e. no M1 models). Anyone found an answer for this?
