Camera Aspect Ratio

So, I have an iPhone X and was wondering how to change the aspect ratio? All of my photos are more wide and not as long as they used to be. Thanks!

I tried different settings and also cleared the camera app but still the same. It seems that the third party app doesnt automatically switch to the Macro Camera to do the close up photos.
