I've had Beats Flex headphones for a couple months, and they've been great. But they suddenly failed to recharge and won't turn on. The "reset" instructions do not work. Any advice or a number to call for actual help? Or, any suggestions on a similar type of headphone to purchase that won't break the bank or fail immediately? I don't live near an Apple store so the Genius Bar is not a practical option.

Have you attempted to charge your Beats with another power adaptor and cable for at least 15 minutes, or with a computer? If so and you're still unable to power them on, the next step is to Contact Official Apple Support
They may have additional support options beyond going to a physical location.
