Swim pool mode not accurate

When swimming it will count first couple of laps. Then lags behind or doesn’t continue counting laps. Timer remains on.

Did you set the pool length according to step 4 in the 'Start a swimming workout' section of:

Yes, when I first got the watch, it worked. Lagged behind a little, but counted all laps. Now it’s accurate for two. Good for nothing other then telling how many minutes I’ve been doing laps. Extremely disappointed.
