Red circle with exclamation appeared on watch. The community stated to press on side button and Digital Crown until Apple logo appears. Now the watch won’t power on. Any recommendations other than sending in? Thanks

You could connect the watch to the charger and try holding the power button for about 2 mins. You could also try the steps in the article below while you Apple watch is connected to the charger.

If you followed these steps:
If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Then if you still need help, contact Apple Support to set up a mail-in repair.
As I stated in my question, I already tried the steps in the link you quoted.
Send it in for a mail in repair,this is usually caused by a corrupted update file.
I have the same issue. The problem is that I live outside the US and have an Apple Watch 3. Tried all the tips and none of them worked, any other tip? Would appreciate it.
