I have iPhone 6 not working my iMessage and FaceTime nothing else please can you suggest me how to activate and update my phone

Incompatibility is the Culprit:

Your device(iPhone 6) cannot upgrade to iOS13 and/or iOS14. That is because you iPhone does not meet the hardware requirements for the other iOS version(s).
