No, it will go away by itself.
These notifications don’t affect your ability to use your iPhone or your display.
You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings > General > About.

Apple has decided to monopolize the repair on all their products. ALL new iPhone’s screen and batteries have an IC chip on them. No matter if you’re using an OEM screen or battery from another iPhone, you will always get the “non-genuine Apple part” mesg. Only way to get rid of it is to transfer the IC chip from the original screen to another OEM Apple screen. Don’t even bother transferring it to an aftermarket screen. However, the batteries will work if you transfer the IC board from the original battery to an aftermarket battery. Just like the Home Button and Dot Projector, those will require micro-soldering to transfer the chips onto another OEM part.
No one here is Apple. This is a user to user forum. Read the Related Article about the message. It will disappear from the screen in 4 days, and from base page of the Settings app after 15 days. But it will never be gone from Settings/General/About.
You had the screen changed to a non-Apple screen. That message will appear forever in Settings/General/About, so whoever you sell the phone to in the future will know it doesn’t have a genuine screen.
The shop did not lie to you. Even using a genuine Apple display you will get the screen message. The only way you don’t get the message is if it is coded out using the Apple horizon software which as you may guess only Apple can do. Or if the original IC chip from the back of your old screen is soldered onto the new one which is never going to happen as it would destroy the new display.
Swipe to the left it gives you an option to clear it! - took me 3 weeks to work that out 🤦🏻♀️
If you went to a genuine Apple dealer and not just one claiming to be Apple take it back to them. REAL Apple dealers install the correct screen.
Swipe left on the message itself on your home screen

There is no way to get a genuine Apple display if you are not an authorized repair facility, and authorized repair facilities can install the screen correctly, so your point is moot.
I do swap from phones that are sold for parts and the screens are OEM,the pop message does not indicate that screen are fake but just a serial number mismatch. Buy 2 brand new iPhone 11 and swap the screen, that message will definitely pop up.
All parts to the Apple phone has a specific code so when you switch a part out on the phone it needs to have a special code so you won’t get that display message. It’s like the Apple part are programmed to the phone and have an authentic code
You shouldn't have had a counterfeit display installed by an unauthorized shop...
Read the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page.
This wasn’t an issue until the latest update but none of us realized we had to go to an Apple dealer we still paid $200 for the screen and didn’t save any money so that’s not the reason Otherwise we all would have gone to an Apple dealer
Hi, you say the non genuine screen warning goes after 15 days. It’s now more than 20 days and it’s still there, it doesn’t help when someone says you shouldn’t have fitted a none genuine screen in the first place. It’s my phone surely I can do this, there wasn’t any warnings before. You (Apple) said yourselves it would go in that time, please help!

To all those saying “you should have”, etc., not everyone has the luxury of going to an Apple store or certified technician during the pandemic.
That’s correct. But it is also correct that those people who don’t have the luxury of going to an Apple store or authorized repair facility will have a phone with an inferior screen that lacks features that only Apple screens have. And the warning is necessary so when you sell your phone the buyer will be fully informed about the history of the phone.
