Hello Heijoan.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are greyed out. We’re happy to help.

We see that you came to us from an article to contact Apple Support. Did you still need assistance?

Apple recently released an iOS update. If you haven’t done so, we recommend using the steps here to update your iOS version: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support If you are using the last iOS version, please toggle off Bluetooth and toggle back on. We recommend toggling off Wi-Fi and then toggle back on. Are they both still greyed out? If so, please use the steps here to restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Let us know the results.

Take care.
