Welcome to the Apple Community.
Seems Apple does its best to keep everyone's accounts private and secure.
So it prevents entry, unless the correct Apple ID and password is entered.
Try this article from Apple Support:
If your Apple ID is locked or disabled
(eg after entering too many wrong log-in attempts)
