Low volume sound with ear piece speaker

Hi

I am facing the issue with Ear piece speaker which got low volume of sound, actually this the reason behind mine to switch from SE 1st Generation to SE 2020 (Mar 2020 Purchased) from the last few months I facing the same issue with this new phone too.

the worst I felt is why the APPLE very very reputed industry cant solve this issue?, comparing other mobile brands don't even this peculiar issue, and the brand store charges much for this suction cleaning

please do the need full and get your Valuable customer out of this issue
